Children’s Party Policy
*The cost for each full spa party package is for up to 8 guests.
*Additional guests up to 10 may be added if approved ahead of time for an additional charge as we have to hire more staff for larger parties. Our party area does not accommodate more than this number at this time.
*A $100 non-refundable deposit required for all children’s party packages. If your party is canceled within 1 week of your party, you are still able to pick up the previously ordered cake and take it home.
*If booking online the $100 deposit is due at booking. If your party is booked over the phone you will receive an invoice through your email to pay the party deposit. The deposit goes towards the total cost and the remainder is due at completion of the party.
*At least one adult must accompany the children at the party.
*The order in which the party will proceed is as follows with an example start time of 10:00am:
(Time varies a bit based on number of guests. 5-6 guest typically last 2 hours and up to 8 guests up to 2 1/2 hours.)
10:00-10:30/10:45: Sparkling cider toast and DIY facials.
10:30/10:45-11:45/12:00: Take turns getting gel polish manicures, hair styling and decorating picture frames. If outside food is brought in, this is the time to share that.
11:45/12:00-12:00/12:30: Gift Opening and cake serving.
12:00-12:30: Pick up time.
*Your party will start promptly at start time. Host are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early for any set up and please advise guest to arrive a few minutes early so we are able to get started right away. We base additional staff start time on the party start time. Public parking is anywhere downtown. Please plan for parking as it can be busy in downtown Farmington at select times.
*What we supply for each party:
Cake from Sweet Kneads Bakery in one of the following flavors: white, marble, chocolate, almond, lemon, strawberry, chocolate red velvet, white red velvet, vanilla chocolate chip, spice.
*Other supplies included in package:
Plates, silverware, napkins, glasses, birthday candles, 2 bottles of sparkling juice and water provided for toast and cake. If bringing in outside food, please provide your own plates, etc.
*You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages as well.
*For our spa parties including gel polish manicures, please ask each guest to remove any gel, acrylic or dip nails prior to coming. Failing to do so takes longer to complete all manicures and creates too much time for the children to sit around and may result in an additional fee.
*We will contact you prior to party to confirm all details including cake order and total number of guests expected at your event.
*Gratuity is not included but always greatly appreciated!
